PandaDoc pricing: what each plan costs and where the limits bite
PandaDoc charges per seat, and the plan you need is usually decided by document volume rather than by features.
Free: $0. Not a trial. It includes 60 documents a year, which works out at 5 a month. That is enough for a solo practitioner sending the occasional engagement letter, and nowhere near enough for a firm.
Essentials: $19 per seat per month, billed annually. This is where templates and the document editor stop being a taster.
Business: $49 per seat per month. The jump is about workflow, approvals and integrations rather than about sending more paper.
Enterprise: quoted. Priced per seat or per document, and the per-document option is worth asking about if you have many occasional signers rather than many staff.
The trap is the per-seat model. Three people who each need to send contracts cost three seats, so a small firm on Business is looking at $147 a month before anyone signs anything. Compare that against DocuSign, which counts envelopes rather than seats: with few senders and many documents PandaDoc wins, with many senders and few documents it usually does not.
