Aircall pricing: per licence, with a three-licence minimum
Aircall prices per licence and sells in threes. Essentials is $30 per licence, so 3 licences cost $90 a month billed annually. Professional is $50 per licence, or $150 a month for three.
The three-licence minimum is the detail that catches solo agents and two-person agencies. There is no way to buy one seat, so the real entry price is $90 a month, not $30. Compare that number, not the per-licence figure.
The add-ons stack up quickly, and they are also per licence per month:
- AI Assist: $9 per licence, for call summaries and conversation intelligence
- AI Assist Pro: $49 per licence, adding real-time coaching during calls
- Analytics+: $15 per licence, for advanced dashboards
- WhatsApp in Aircall: $10 per licence
Usage-based AI is separate again: voice agents from $0.19 a minute (500 minutes listed at $175), and messaging agents from $0.15 per conversation with 100 free to start.
What this means for a small insurance agency. Three agents on Professional with AI Assist is $150 plus $27, so $177 a month before any AI minutes. That is reasonable against a traditional phone system with call recording and CRM integration, and expensive if you mostly need a number that rings. Price your add-ons deliberately; each one looks small and they are all multiplied by your seat count.
