Before the pricing, one thing worth knowing about researching this company. When we searched for a competitor comparison involving Luxury Presence on 9 September 2026, eight of the first ten results were articles on luxurypresence.com's own blog. That included their review of a competitor, their pricing breakdown of a competitor, and their list of that competitor's alternatives.

None of that is dishonest, and it is a legitimate content strategy. But it does mean that a search for reviews or complaints will surface a lot of material written by the company being reviewed. Check the domain on anything you read before you weigh it.

On price, Luxury Presence publishes nothing. Their pricing page does not resolve and every route ends in Book a demo. The products on offer are real estate websites, SEO and GEO, social media management, paid ads management, an AI CRM, listing alerts and homeowner reports, AI lead nurture, collaborative search, CMA and presentations, and a branded mobile app. Solutions are grouped for solo agents, celebrity agents, growing teams and brokerages, which tells you the quote will vary widely by which group you fall into.

What to ask on the demo, so you can compare it to anything. Ask for the monthly platform fee, the one-time setup or design fee, the minimum contract length, what happens to the website if you leave, and whether managed marketing is a separate percentage of ad spend. That last one is the line that most often turns a quoted monthly figure into a much larger annual one.
