Rocket Matter pricing: four tiers per user, and the add-ons that double the bill
The published plans are per user and paid annually. Essentials is $59 a user a month, Pro is $95, Premier is $115 and Elite is $145. All four are billed annually, so a three-attorney firm on Pro is committing to $3,420 for the year up front.
The number many comparison sites quote, $39 a month, is not a practice management plan. It is the Core CRM add-on, which is only available on Pro and Premier, costs $39 a user a month annually or $49 monthly, and carries a one-time $399 onboarding fee with a 3-user minimum. The Enterprise CRM is $147 a month annually for up to 3 users, $49 for each additional one.
Two more lines that are not on the plan cards. Website hosting is $149 a month on any tier plus a one-time $599 setup. E-signature overages run $2 an envelope, and a data import is $500.
So the real first-year figure for a 3-user firm on Pro with the CRM and a website: $3,420 for Pro, $1,404 for Core CRM, $399 onboarding, $1,788 for hosting and $599 setup. That is about $7,600, against a headline of '$95 a user'.
