Lawcus pricing: $39, $59 or $79 per user, and the add-on that matters for small firms

Lawcus prices per user with three tiers plus an enterprise quote. Essential is $39 a user a month on annual billing ($49 monthly). Growth is $59 a user a month annual. Elite is $79. Enterprise is quote-only.

Essential covers case and matter management, billing and invoicing, and trust accounting. Growth adds the QuickBooks and Xero integrations, Google and Office 365, custom fields and Nova AI. Elite adds workflow automation. For most solo practitioners the decision is whether they need the accounting integration, because that alone moves them from $39 to $59.

Two details from the fine print that decide the real cost. Two-way text messaging is an add-on at $10 per attorney a month, with a one-time registration fee of $50 for a local number or $150 for a toll-free one. And the mobile app is only available to firms with more than one user, so a solo practitioner on Essential is working from the browser.
